On-site Services

I can perform many services in the comfort of your own home for a lower rate than most companies charge for in-shop work. Some services that are best handled on-site are:

General Work

It wouldn't make much sence to bring your computer into the shop if you're experiencing troubles with your wireless router or internet connection. Maybe you've deleted a document or special files you need recovered; most troubleshooting can be done in your home, with the exception of hardware problems and difficult viruses.

Upgrades

• Installing new hardware
• Setting up a new PC for use in your home
• Installing and setting up new software (anti-virus, office, email, etc.)

Tutoring

I can teach you how to use your new hardware or software on your computer. This can include everything from learning how to use tools like Outlook or Office, to Burning CDs with your new CD Burner.
